Narrated by Hazrat Mola Ali R.A
“O people, spend the 15th night of shabaan
in divine worship and keep fast on the 15th day of shabaan.
on this auspicious night, ALLAH spreads HIS mercy on the earth
and calls out:
‘IS THERE ANY WHO SEEKS CURE FROM ILLNESS
THAT I MAY CURE HIM? Thus HE calls the needy,
and grants them their needs, up till dawn.”

Hadith on 15th of Shaaban
Very early Hadith books such as the Mussanaf of Abdul Razzaq Ibn Humam
(May Allaah have mercy on him) (126-211 AH)( Ref: Musannaf Abdur Razzaq 4/317) and the Musnad of Ahmed bin Hanbal (May Allaah have mercy on him) (164-241 AH) ( Ref: Musnad Ahmad 2/176 & 6/238)contain Ahadith relating to the virtues of 15th Sha'ban.
...
...Even within the famous Six Books of Hadith (al-Kutub al-Sittah), Trimdhi ( Ref: Jami' Al-...Trimidhi: Kitab Al-Sawm, Bab "Ma ja'a fi Laylatin Nisfi min Sha.ban" #739 (Vol.3 p107))and Ibn Majah (Sunan Ibn Majah: Kitab Al-Iqamah, Bab "Ma Ja'a Fi Laylatun Nifsi min Sha'ban" #1388 (Vol. 1 p444) have devoted a special chapter on "The Night of the Middle of Sha'ban" in their Hadith collections. In fact there are over a dozen Ahadith available which establish the significance of the night of the 15th of Sha'ban.

SHAB E BARAT ( URDU)
Assalamualaikum..!!
Aaj Shab-e-Barat hai aur ye mubarak raat. Islam ke andar do ba-barkat raato me se ek hai. Pahle darje me jis raat ko ALLAH subhanawataala rakhte hai wo hai LAILATUL QADR jiski fazeelat ke baare me ALLAH ne Quran ki Surat, Sura Al-Qadr me farmaya hai.
Doosri raat jo hamare liye bahut ba-barkat aur azmat waali hai, wo hai Shab-e-barat. Jo aaj hai..!! Ye wo raat hai ki har ek neki ko ALLAH taala 70 guna badha kar logo ke aamal naame me likhte hain. Har-har amal ka badla 70 guna zyada milta hai. ALLAH ki rahmate naazil hoti hain.
ALLAH ke nabi Huzur Mohumaad (salallahu alaihi wasallam) ke irshad ka mafhoom hai ki "Shabaan ki 15th raat Ibadat me guzaro aur din Roze me. ALLAH is raat ko sabse nichle aasmaan per aa jate hain aur Aelaan karwate hain ki hai koi Tauba karne wala ki main uski tauba qubool karu? Hai koi maghfirat chahne wala ki main uski maghfirat karu?"
Magar afsos.... haay hamari jahalat... ki logo ne ise tyohar aur Festival bana liya hai. Kal raat se dekh raha hoon ki bachche aur bade patakhe(fireworks) jalane me lage hue hain aur khule taur per beche ja rahe hain, Aaj subah se gharo ki mastooraat (aurte) halwe banane me aur kheer banane me lagi hui hain. Kisi ko koi waasta nahi ki ye raat kis liye hai aur hamare liye kya le kar aayi hai.
15 SHABAN, SHAB E BARAT PRAYERS AND NAFIL
15 Shaban / Shab e Barat, Master of Masters, Prophet Muhammad (Swall Allahu Alaihi Wasallam) said that whoever fasts three days in the month of Shabaan and at the time of if’tar (breaking-fast at sunset) recites 3 times darood [salawat] on me, his sins will be forgiven and his provisions will be amplified and on the Day of Judgment he will enter Paradise riding on a heavenly female camel.
Sayiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayidunna Esa (Jesus Alaihis’salam) passed by a mountain and there he saw a white stone. He started looking at it with awe. Allah revealed his message [wa’hy] on his messenger (alaihis’salaam), “Shall I disclose for you a thing stranger than this” “Surely!” he answered. So then that stone split and from it emerged an old man, with a green walking stick in his hand and pointing to the grapes vines said that I get my sustenance from here.
